Nigel Firth is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Director of Group Legal at Prudential plc since October 2013, Nigel has held various senior legal roles, including Senior Regional Legal Counsel and Regional Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Prudential plc, Nigel was a Managing Associate at Linklaters from January 2008 to September 2013, specializing in Private M&A, Joint Ventures, and IPOs. Earlier career experience includes working as a Solicitor in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from February 2005 to November 2007, focusing on Public M&A and IPOs. Nigel holds dual degrees, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec) with Honours from UNSW, earned between 1998 and 2003.
