Diana Guzman currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Prudential plc, overseeing the company's sustainability strategy across Asia and Africa, and leading efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Prior to this role, Diana was the Group Director of ESG at Prudential, driving the company's environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
