Wendy Carlson is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Managing Director in the Energy Finance Group at Prudential Private Capital since January 2015, Wendy has held influential positions, including Managing Director at Marathon Capital and VP Finance and Chief Development Officer at Optim Energy. Previous roles include Vice President and Treasurer at PNM Resources and Director at El Paso, where responsibilities encompassed project finance, structured bonds, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
