Mpheza Sakala is an accomplished Information Technology professional with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Administrator and IT Support Specialist at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia since February 2021, Mpheza has developed a solid foundation in IT support. Prior experience includes an internship in IT Infrastructure and Security at Zambia Airports Corporation Limited from December 2019 to February 2020. Mpheza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Zambia, completed between 2017 and 2020, and possesses a strong educational background from Ibenga Girls Secondary School and Luanshya Trust School.
