Terri Ciccodicola, MBA, PMP, CISA, ITIL, LSSWB, SAFe LPM, and RTE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and portfolio management. Currently serving as Director of Global Technology Strategy at Prudential Financial, Terri oversees the governance and management of integrated global technologies. Previous roles include senior positions at companies such as Fiserv, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and the Federal Reserve Bank, where Terri demonstrated skills in project management, vendor management, and improving operational efficiencies. Terri holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College.
