Steve Bailey is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in real estate debt strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of PGIM Real Estate Debt Strategies at Prudential Financial since November 2015, Steve oversees a newly formed high yield investment platform. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of North American Debt at Heitman from April 2007 to November 2015. Steve's earlier roles include Executive Vice President at US Bank, where responsibilities included leading commercial real estate operations, and Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Continental Bank NA. Additionally, Steve began a career in construction as a Construction Manager at United Properties. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
