Previously, Sally held the position of Vice President of Ethics & Compliance at Tyson Foods from October 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading the Ethics & Compliance Department across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, focusing on aspects such as Code of Conduct and privacy regulations. With an extensive legal career at Jenner & Block, spanning nearly two decades, Sally litigated for diverse clients in complex commercial matters across various industries. Sally earned a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
