Rebecca Plamondon is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning at Prudential Financial since February 2006. Rebecca has a strong background in cultivating productive team environments and driving strategic goals. Prior roles at Prudential include Manager of Learning, Relationship Manager, Senior Learning Specialist, Disability Claims Specialist, and Disability Claims Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing training curricula to managing disability claims and fostering client relationships. Prior to Prudential, Rebecca worked as a Disability Benefit Specialist at Unum. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1998 and 2002.
