Julie Mullen is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and talent transformation. Currently serving as Vice President-HR Business Partner Lead for Individual Life and Vice President of Talent Transformation at Prudential Financial since 2007, Julie is responsible for leading teams that drive enterprise talent transformation through analytics and organizational design. Prior roles at Prudential include Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Talent and Capability for the US and International businesses, where Julie focused on the development of executive-level talent and succession management. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The Hartford and Accenture, specializing in change management and human resources. Julie holds a degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
