Steve Wachs is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience across California and Arizona. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties since March 2014, Steve is also an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Arizona Properties, where responsibilities included developing and managing a successful office in Phoenix since 2000. In addition to real estate, Steve has an entrepreneurial background as an independent investor, leveraging architectural and design skills to enhance property values. Previous roles include positions in customer service and management at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets and Crate & Barrel, alongside serving as Designated Broker and Sales Manager at Pacific Scene/Silvergate Homes. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from LIU Brooklyn and a Master's degree in Architecture from The University of New Mexico.
