Marlene Parrella is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, administration, and construction. Since July 2008, Marlene has served as an Administrator at Sun Belt Properties, where responsibilities include overseeing tenant interests, resolving issues, ensuring rent collection, and preparing documents for attorney review. Concurrently, Marlene has been a Realtor with Prudential Arizona Properties since 2004, specializing in residential and commercial properties, particularly in the Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, and McDowell Mountain areas. Previously, from 1985 to 1991, Marlene held the position of President at Parrella Santoro Construction Company, managing historical restoration projects and state and federal contracts, while also handling negotiations, payroll, and communication with attorneys and insurance representatives.
