Jonathan Aitken serves as a Board Member at ICE since December 2022 and has held the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary at PRS for Music since October 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing all legal services and serving on the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Jonathan Aitken was the Deputy General Counsel at PRS for Music, managing a team of 22 and providing expertise in corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. Prior roles include Head of Legal for competition and international affairs and Senior Corporate Counsel at PRS for Music, as well as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Jonathan Aitken's educational background includes a PLDA from Harvard Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London, and a BSc in Chemistry and Law from the University of Bristol, where Jonathan graduated with first-class honors.
