Josipa Primorac is a Food Scientist currently employed at Proxy Foods since January 2025. Josipa has held significant roles in the food industry, including Chief Food Scientist and Food Tech Product Manager at Solmeyea from September 2023 to January 2025, and R&D Project Manager at GREENFORCE from February 2022 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Project Coordinator and Student Research Assistant at the University of Mostar from April 2018 to February 2022, where contributions were made to food engineering education. Josipa completed internships at the Croatian Veterinary Institute, ZGI d.o.o., and IC Piramida Maribor, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of food science and technology. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Mostar, along with coursework at international institutions.
