Van Grunderbeek Frank has extensive work experience in the field of network and security management. Van Grunderbeek currently holds the position of Head of Branch, Campus Network & Security at Proximus Luxembourg since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Innovative Solutions for Finance as the Head of Branch, Campus Network & Security from December 2013 to December 2019. Van Grunderbeek also served as the Head of Branch, Campus Network & Security at Dexia Technology Services from June 2011 to November 2013. From 2004 to 2011, they held various roles at Dexia Technology Services including Head of Branch & Campus network services and System Architect Network. Van Grunderbeek began their career in 1997 at Gemeentekrediet as a System Architect Network and continued in the same role at Dexia (fusion gemeentekrediet + Artesia) from 2001 to 2004.

Van Grunderbeek Frank pursued their education from 1993 to 1997 at Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
