Danielle Romero is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community services, customer relations, and education. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Advisor at FEMA since May 2022, Danielle previously worked as a Customer Relations Specialist at Proximo Spirits and as a Site Coordinator for the Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center, where responsibilities included managing youth, family, and senior services in the North Beach region. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, Danielle contributed to the Philippine Department of Education's Alternative Learning System, providing educational opportunities for out-of-school youth. Additional roles include English instruction in Chile and customer service positions across California and Chile. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from San Diego State University.
