Fran Reis has held a variety of roles since 2016. Fran began their career as a Floor Manager/Bartender at the Cambridge Brewing Company. In 2017, they took on two roles simultaneously as an Administrative Assistant at Enquiron and a Research Assistant at the Plain English Jury Instruction Project. In 2020, they began working as an Associate Project Manager at Zywave and also took on the role of Production Administrative Assistant at the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP). In 2022, they were promoted to Project Manager at Proximity Lab.

Fran Reis attended Northeastern University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Minor in Linguistics, and a Minor in Media and Screen Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
