Prior to this role, James held positions such as Third Party Monitoring Study Lead at Tetra Tech Europe, Senior CSSF Business Development Consultant at Crown Agents, Technical Lead & Deputy Team Leader at Tetra Tech Europe, and Third Party Monitoring Lead at Cowater International. With a background in international law and development, James has also worked on projects in Iraq, Syria, and Africa, demonstrating their expertise in project management and monitoring and evaluation.
