Heba Al-Omoush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and field coordination within humanitarian and development projects. Currently serving as a Field Coordinator at Proximity International since December 2020, Heba is responsible for managing field staff, ensuring data quality, and developing operational frameworks. Previous roles include Field Outreach & Monitoring Manager, Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Field Officer, and Monitoring & Evaluation Field Officer at Chemonics International, where multiple USAID-funded programs were successfully implemented. Other notable positions include Community Mobilizer at the International Rescue Committee, Field Assistant with the Noor Al-Hussein Foundation, and Youth Officer across various organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and program effectiveness.
