Esther Montero Lannegrand is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software and hardware engineering. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and previously as Principal Software Engineer at Proximie since July 2021, Esther has a strong background in full stack development, having worked as a Full Stack Developer at IBM and gained experience as a Hardware Engineer at EVS Broadcast Equipment. Esther's career also includes a significant tenure at Soliton Systems as a Full Stack Engineer and a role at Indra focusing on digital design and application development for various sectors. Esther holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense of Madrid, earned between 2000 and 2007.
