Richard Gibson has extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily focused on procurement and service delivery. Since November 2003, Richard has been with Proxima, serving in multiple high-level positions including EVP, Chief People Officer, EVP, Service Delivery, and Global Procurement Director. Prior to this, Richard was with Napp Pharmaceuticals from July 1994 to May 2003, holding positions such as Director of Supply Chain and Head of Procurement, where Richard led diverse teams and established procurement as a key business contributor. Richard's career began at ColArt, where as Procurement Manager, Richard played a crucial role in recognizing procurement as a vital business function. Earlier roles include Senior Buyer at Kango, Buyer at London Regional Transport, and Trainee Accountant at Soto Sound. Richard holds a BA in History & Politics from the University of Warwick, earned between 1981 and 1984.
