Lara Eckley is an experienced procurement professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as Procurement Operations Manager at Proxima Group since April 2012, Lara develops procurement solutions tailored to client needs. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Buyer/Planner at Gen-Probe Cardiff Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed supplier selection, price negotiations, and inventory management, alongside strategic sourcing and supplier performance monitoring. Before that, Lara worked as an After Sales Buyer at Wacker Neuson, focusing on supplier development and inventory control, and served as Head of the MRP Department, managing scheduling and procurement processes. Lara holds an HND in Business Administration from the University of Glamorgan.
