Catherine Fialkova is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in sourcing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Sourcing Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proxify since February 2021, Catherine previously held positions at GlobalLogic as a Junior Recruiting Specialist and at Sentia Belgium as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Additionally, Catherine has worked with Travix International and Booking.com in talent acquisition roles, focusing on identifying top talent for leading companies. Catherine's career began as an English Language Teacher at Denis’ School from 2015 to 2018. Catherine graduated from Kyiv National Linguistics University with a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation.
