Bill Gibson has extensive experience in web content management and technical editing, particularly in roles supporting Microsoft. Since 2008, Bill has served as a Web Content Manager and SharePoint Power User at Prowess Consulting, managing the Corporate Communications portal for Microsoft, addressing numerous requests from the global Communications group. Prior to this, Bill held various positions at Microsoft, including Daily Publishing Manager and Web Content Editor, where responsibilities included leading editorial teams and optimizing content for the intranet. Bill's earlier roles included Technical Editor at Entirenet and web-based editorial positions at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and Sun Microsystems. Bill holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Music Performance from San Jose City College.
