Mahesh Baxi is the co-founder and CEO of Provus. Prior to this, they were the SVP of customer success and AI/ML automation at My Ally, which was acquired by Phenom People. At My Ally, Mahesh was responsible for increasing the net retention rate, implementing a customer success tool, introducing support packages, and conceptualizing and implementing service-packs. Mahesh also owned the product and engineering teams responsible for AI & ML automation. Under their leadership, the automation of various intents and workflow was significantly improved, delivering speed, accuracy, and predictability to customers.

Mahesh Baxi's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology.
