Kathleen McDonald has extensive experience in financial counseling and patient advocacy within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Financial Counselor at Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital since September 2018, Kathleen previously held the position of Patient Financial Advocate at R1 RCM from April 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, Kathleen worked as an Account Resolution Specialist at Intermountain Healthcare from January 2003 to April 2018. Kathleen holds an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from the American Institute of Medical Technology, obtained between 2001 and 2002.
