Jeff Celaje is a Principal Scientist at Provivi, Inc. Their work experience at Provivi includes roles as a Senior Scientist in Product Chemistry and a Scientist in Organic Chemistry. As a Senior Scientist, they supported regulatory registration of products by identifying impurities and synthesizing analytical standards. Jeff also collaborated with other groups to support research and development. Prior to joining Provivi, Jeff worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Southern California, where they studied the mechanism of rhodium(II) azavinyl carbenes. Jeff also gained experience as a Graduate Student in the same institution, focusing on the synthesis and reactivity development of organometallic catalysts. Jeff's earlier work experience includes being an Organic Chemistry Instructor and Researcher at California State University, Los Angeles, where they investigated the chemistry of singlet oxygen with phosphines and resveratrol.

Jeff Celaje earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles between 1996 and 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organic Chemistry at Princeton University. Jeff then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Southern California, completing their studies between 2011 and 2016.
