Kelly Pollard, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Provisur Technologies Inc since August 2019, where responsibilities include fostering a high-performance team culture and overseeing various HR-related policies and programs. Prior to this role, Pollard was a Talent Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from August 2012 to May 2019, where a strong talent pipeline and succession plans were developed.
