Patrick Long has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Co-Founder of RecruitiFi, where they were responsible for sales and account management. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Consultant at Hiring Capacity Partners. In 2016, they founded Provision People and served as a Managing Partner. In 2021, they became a Managing Partner at ProvisionXN, a specialized knowledge research company. Currently, they hold the position of Director on the Board of Directors at NPAworldwide, a global recruitment network.

From 2009 to 2013, Patrick Long attended Villanova University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Their majors were in finance and international business.
