Mary Lou DuBois is the President of the Provision CARES Proton Therapy centers in Knoxville and Nashville.
From 2004 to 2013, as President of Provision Health Partners, Ms. DuBois successfully led the development and management of Provision Health Alliance which is a comprehensive clinical outpatient healthcare center and includes multiple physician groups, comprehensive diagnostic imaging, advanced chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, a women’s health center, eye surgery center, wellness center, physical therapy, a cyclotron and nuclear pharmacy, and clinical trials and research capabilities. From 2010 to 2014, Ms. DuBois was also President of Provision CARES Proton Therapy Knoxville (PCPTK) where she successfully developed and managed the startup and operations of PCPTK. In this role, the project was on time and on budget as planned. Ms. DuBois led the development of a “Culture of Care” program at PCPTK that focuses on each and every patient with a dedicated Care Team committed to providing a unique and caring patient experience.
Ms. DuBois was previously employed by CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc. (CTI) from 1986 to 2003 and served in various roles at CTI. CTI was the primary world-wide commercial developer of positron emission tomography (PET) systems and services. As an Officer and Vice President, Customer Solutions, at CTI Molecular Imaging, she led the customer sales support and product management group and was responsible for the coordination and launching of new technology product releases, marketing material, and websites. She coordinated the 75+ sales team quarterly meetings and planned trade shows and exhibits for CTI at such shows as the Radiological Society of North America and Society of Nuclear Medicine.
Ms. DuBois also led an IT development team to develop an internet-based customer solutions strategy which provided significant productivity improvements to the customer processes and differentiated CTI from the competition. She also developed and led CTI’s Customer Training Center for PET providers to gain knowledge and entry into the PET market. As Senior Director, Corporate Solutions for over five years, she provided leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives for internal and external customers, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and support services as well as the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system. Other career experience at CTI included Human Resources, Facilities, and Administrative Services for the company.
Ms. DuBois received her Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management from Tennessee Wesleyan College.
