Kelly Roosen currently serves as the Director of the Provincial Institute for Secondary Education at Provincie Vlaams-Brabant since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly Roosen worked at PISO Tienen from February 2004 to February 2023 as a secondary education teacher specializing in mathematics, economics, and biology. Earlier experience includes a position as a commercial advisor at BNP Paribas from August 2003 to February 2004. Kelly Roosen holds a Master's degree in Educational Needs from Fontys, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and has educational qualifications from Groep t and Koninklijk Atheneum Tienen.
