Giulia Rosolen has extensive experience in labor law and industrial relations, currently serving in the area of Relazioni sindacali e mercato del lavoro at Confartigianato Imprese since March 2017. A member of the board of ADAPT since 2015, Giulia collaborates in consultancy, regulatory drafting, project design, and research focusing on labor law and industrial relations. Additionally, Giulia serves as a Commissioner for the Commissione Pari Opportunità in the Province of Treviso, promoting equal opportunities and contributing to labor market programming. Previous roles include a Visiting Researcher position at The Urban Institute, where research on youth inactivity in the U.S. was conducted, and a Trainee Lawyer position at Studio Legale Barel e Malvestio with a focus on labor law. Giulia holds a PhD from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and has completed various degrees in law and specialized master's training, contributing to a strong academic foundation in the field.
