Antonio Castagna is an experienced professional specializing in organizational consulting, training, and sustainability. Since January 2016, Antonio has worked with the Provincia Autonoma di Trento on feasibility studies related to permanent reuse centers, conducting analyses of material flows and market potentials. In parallel, Antonio has served as a trainer in various companies, including Cave Consulting and Neosperience, focusing on client relations, communication strategies, and managerial development. As a freelance trainer since 1999, Antonio has designed training programs for diverse institutions and consulted on environmental topics and circular economy practices. With a solid educational background, including a PhD in Human and Environment from the Università degli Studi di Palermo, Antonio has also contributed to research and training initiatives on waste reduction and sustainability across multiple sectors.
