Rafael Toro is a finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Since January 2018, Rafael has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Provider Network Solutions of Puerto Rico. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Director of Finance at Triple S Salud GTS from September 2013 to January 2018. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Humana, including Director, Service Fund Director, and Finance Manager, from January 2007 to August 2013. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico, earned between 1995 and 1999.
