William Darcey began their work experience in 1998 as the President of Darcey & Darcey Insurance. William then went on to become President and CEO of Provider Insurance Group in 2000. Since 2017, they have served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Needham Bank.

William Darcey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire from 1980 to 1984. William then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1987 to 1989.
