Cosmin PANA, CFE, has extensive experience in loss prevention and fraud management, currently serving as the Senior Field Team Leader at Provident Financial Romania since November 2013. In this role, Cosmin manages a team of Loss Prevention Managers, coordinates investigations, conducts fraud risk audits, and collaborates with law enforcement to resolve fraud cases. Cosmin is a certified member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Association for Preventing and Countering Frauds, contributing to the establishment of a robust anti-fraud culture in Romania. Previously, Cosmin held various positions within the Directia Generala de Jandarmi a Municipiului Bucuresti, focusing on public relations and operational coordination. Educational qualifications include Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the Police Academy "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" in Bucharest, complemented by a degree in Public Administration.
