Wawrzyniec Kolbusz has extensive financial expertise, currently serving as CFO and Board Member at Provident Polska since August 2007, where roles have included Head of Finance and Head of Commercial Finance. Prior to this, Wawrzyniec held various positions at Citi from August 2003 to July 2007, including Senior Financial Controller and Head of Business Planning for Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior Financial Controller at Philips Lighting and an ERP Systems Consultant at Sol System sp. z o.o. Wawrzyniec began a career in finance through internships at Deloitte & Touche, PBS - Pracownia Badań Społecznych, and Lodz Accounting Office. Wawrzyniec holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Lodz, completed further education at the University of Oxford in 2023.
