Magdalena Szostak has extensive experience in HR and payroll management, currently serving as a Specialist in HR and Payroll at Provident Polska since May 2001. Key competencies include comprehensive payroll calculations for various contract types, knowledge of labor law and social insurance, and the preparation of statistical reports. Magdalena has supervised administrative operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the team, and has participated in payroll and HR projects. Prior to this, Magdalena held administrative roles at Fundacja "Świat na Tak" and a legislative office, where responsibilities included financial reporting, grant management, and event organization. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw.
