Nelson Ortiz has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, focusing on housekeeping management over the past decade. Currently serving as the Director of Housekeeping at Provident Hotels & Resorts since June 2019, Nelson previously held the position of Housekeeping Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach for a short tenure from November 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, Nelson worked with Marriott Vacations Worldwide from May 2012 to November 2018, where responsibilities included Housekeeping Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Housekeeping Supervisor roles.
