Karl Ashford is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior HR Services Manager at Vanquis Banking Group since May 2018, Karl previously held various roles at Addleshaw Goddard from September 2007 to May 2018, including HR Operations Manager and HR Shared Services Manager. Earlier in their career, Karl worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1999 to September 2007, where roles included Student Recruitment Officer and Business Process/IT Audit Manager. Karl Ashford holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
