Claire Healey has extensive experience in management and compliance, currently serving as the Continuous Outcome Monitoring Manager and Compliance Outcome & Quality Manager at Vanquis Banking Group and Provident Financial Group since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Claire was the Quality and Service Team Manager at Covéa Insurance from March 2014 to October 2022, where leadership involved managing a team of up to 10 personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations. Claire's professional journey began at Direct Line Group, starting as a Sales Consultant in 1996 and progressing to roles including Operational Performance Coach, where leadership of a 120-member team focused on customer complaint resolution and innovative training. Additional early career roles included positions at Woolbro Group, Dewsbury Reporter, Beck & Pollitzer, and Magazine World. Claire is a graduate of Brighouse Girls Grammar School.
