Ornella Dalmazzo is an experienced consultant with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009. Previous roles include Head of Administration at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020, and consultant for the Government of Buenos Aires in September 2017. Ornella also held positions as a consultant specializing in acquisitions and human resources at the Ministry of Industry, and as a financial planning and management control specialist for OIM. Additional experience includes operational management assistance for the Ministry of Health of Argentina, accounts payable staff for a PNUD project, and junior consultancy at the Municipality of Pilar's Health Secretary. Ornella holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Health Social Security and Prepaid Medicine from the ISALUD Foundation.
