Ellen Yilun Bao is currently a Private Equity Associate at Providence Equity Partners, focusing on the Technology, Media, Communications, and Education sectors since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ellen served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2021 to June 2023, gaining significant experience in M&A, including involvement in CVS Health’s $10.6 billion acquisition of Oak Street Health. Earlier in the career, Ellen held positions as Events Planning Student Supervisor at Norris University Center and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University. Additionally, Ellen serves as a Board Observer for Tenstreet, Topgolf Callaway Brands, and Worldwide Express.
