Reza Ladchartabi's work experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Product - Conversational AI at Providence Digital Innovation Group, where they spearhead the development of conversational AI platforms in the healthcare industry. Prior to this, Reza was the Founding CEO of LogisticsOS Inc., where they built a solid sales pipeline and drove the overall company vision and strategy. Reza also held the position of Head of Product - Transportation & Logistics at Mapbox, leading the development of API and SDK solutions for major companies in the industry. Reza's earlier roles include PM Manager at Telenav, where they developed GM's flagship embedded navigation system and drove significant new product development and partnership with Amazon, and Mobile Product Manager at TripAdvisor, achieving impressive YoY growth and expanding their scope within 6 months. Reza also co-founded Mobzili, where they oversaw the company's vision and successfully developed a local search and discovery app with widespread penetration.

Reza Ladchartabi completed their education in a chronological order. Reza first attended Avans Breda - University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Business IT & Management. Following this, they enrolled at Leiden University and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in ICT in Business, completing their studies in 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Reza Ladchartabi also obtained certifications in the field of control system integration. In November 2003, they acquired the "Batch Control using ANSI/ISA-88.01-1995" certification from ISA (International Society of Automation), and in the same month and year, they obtained the "Enterprise / Control system Integration using ISA 95.00.01-2000" certification, also from ISA.
