David Filer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at ProVest LLC since January 2021, Filer oversees application development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and more. As a fractional Chief Operating Officer at Socratic Med, Inc., since July 2022, Filer contributes pro bono expertise to support underserved pre-med students. Previous roles include Executive Consultant for FCM, LLC, and various vice president positions at Nielsen, where responsibilities encompassed risk, quality, client services, and global governance. Early career experiences include leading development initiatives at JPMorgan Chase & Co., implementing auditing software at PwC, and teaching technology courses as an adjunct professor at Clearwater Christian College. Filer holds an MBA in CIS/International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.
