Jayne Newgreen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a freelance assistant photographer in 2001, they worked with various advertising and commercial photographers both in studios and on location, including extensive travel. In 2009, they worked as a photographer at CTCreative for two years. In 2014, they became the Marketing and Social Media Manager for Jayne Newgreen - Marketing, working with clients such as Glen Greenock Farm and Talbot Provedore and Eatery. During the same period, they also served as a Marketing Officer for Talbot Farmers Market. In 2016, Jayne joined Talbot Action Inc as a Marketing Manager until 2018. In the same year, they became a Co-proprietor and Marketing Manager at Talbot Provedore and Eatery, an award-winning cafe, restaurant, provedore, and wine store. Additionally, Jayne founded Provenir in 2017, Australia's first mobile, on-farm abattoir, where they served as a Co-Founder. Their work in Provenir, a fully integrated meat processing company, focused on improving animal welfare and providing high-quality meat to customers, for which Provenir beef received the Best in Class award at the Australian Food Awards in 2019. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Owner of Northside Townhouse.
Jayne Newgreen completed a Diploma of Arts in Applied Photography at the Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE from 2000 to 2001. In 2013, they obtained a Permaculture Design Certificate from Tread Lightly Permaculture.
