As the Founder of OpExpert Consulting since March 2016, Tanya has developed a global team of ten recruiters and serviced clients ranging from Global Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, focusing on sectors such as DevOps and data science. In addition to leading OpExpert, Tanya founded Bime Beauty, a female-owned brand specializing in beauty tools and cosmetics, and holds positions such as Head of Talent Advisory at HireScale and Subject Matter Expert at ProvenBase. Tanya's previous roles include Human Resources Advisor at MoxieLash and Senior Recruiting Consultant at Cruise.
