Joy Laborte is an experienced hospitality professional with diverse roles in reservations, front desk operations, and accounts receivable. Currently serving as a Reservation Agent and Revenue Assistant at Provenance Hotels since May 2022, Joy also works as an Independent Distributor for MONAT Global since September 2019. Previous positions include Accounts Receivable at Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities included invoicing, payments collection, and account reconciliations, as well as roles at Aimbridge Hospitality as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and a Front Desk Agent. Joy’s career began at Koloa Landing Resort as a Guest Service Agent, and includes experience at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters as a Retail Supervisor and a Front Desk Agent at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Educational background includes attendance at Kauai Community College and Waimea High School.
