Shannon Rodrigue CQA, CMQ-OE has over 15 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Shannon began their career in 2004 as a Medical Payment Clerk at Fresenius Medical Care. Shannon then moved on to become a Medical Payment Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Audit Accounting Clerk at the same company. In 2007, they joined Friedmans Jewelers as an Accounting Clerk. In 2008, they joined AmerisourceBergen as an ICS Division - Quality Assurance Analyst and ICS Division - Supervisor Quality Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for applying all pertinent standards and regulatory guidelines, hosting client and ISO 9000:2008 audits, and managing the Pilgrim Smart Solve system. Shannon also led audit teams of CQAs for internal audits, developed and deployed the internal and supplier audit schedule, and assisted in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects. In 2018, they joined Provell Pharmaceuticals, LLC as the Director Of Quality Assurance. In this role, they developed, implemented and maintained quality systems and infrastructure, managed the overall development, implementation and adherence to the Quality Systems, and planned, directed and conducted internal and external audits of the company's GMP operations and facilities.

Shannon Rodrigue obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nicholls State University between 2001 and 2004. In 2011, they obtained their Certified Quality Improvement Associate certification from ASQ - World Headquarters. In 2012, they obtained their Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ - World Headquarters. Shannon also holds a Certified Manager of Quality Organizational Excellence certification and a Certified Medical Device Auditor certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
