Namrata Narayanan is a seasoned Creative Director at Prove since April 2021, following a role as Design and Product Lead at MEDICI Global prior to its acquisition by Prove. Namrata co-founded Nirmoktra to implement creative problem-solving initiatives in underserved communities in India, particularly at the Swami Vivekanand Model Government School in Kherwara. In earlier positions, Namrata served as a User Experience Designer at Clarice Technologies and completed internships at Pineapple Consulting and Idiom Design and Consulting. Namrata holds an M.B.A. from California College of the Arts and a design education from Mit Institute of Design, complemented by foundational education at St Josephs High School in Pashan Pune.
