Sandra Lavallee is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the food ingredient industry, currently serving as the Northeast Sales Manager at PROVA US since March 2023. Previously, Sandra held various positions including Account Executive at Flavor Insights, where technical solutions for sweet flavors were provided, and Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Edlong, promoting dairy flavors to food manufacturers. Additional experience includes roles as V.P. Sales and Marketing at Sweet Ovations LLC, General Manager at FMC BioPolymer, Territory Manager at Pfizer Food Science Group, and Senior Food Technologist at Nabisco, where product development initiatives were undertaken. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed graduate work in Food Science at Rutgers University.
